Information for Existing Patients
If you have already visited Vital Mill Creek Chiropractic, you can use the booking tool above to schedule your next appointment. When you return to the office, your chiropractor can review how you have been doing since your last visit and discuss anything that has changed.
Before your appointment, think about how you have been feeling during your normal routine. This may include changes you have noticed while working, exercising, sleeping, driving, walking, or completing daily activities. Let your chiropractor know about any new concerns or areas you would like to discuss during your visit.
During Your Visit
Your chiropractor may review how you have been doing since your previous appointment and talk with you about any new concerns. Depending on your needs, the visit may include an evaluation, chiropractic care, or recommendations based on what is discussed during the appointment.
If you were given exercises, stretches, or other instructions during an earlier visit, this is also a good time to ask questions about them. Let the doctor know what has been easy to follow and where you may need more guidance.
